Facilitated by Stephanie Mines, PhD, Founder of Regenerative Health for A Climate Changing World

At the age of 80, Dr. Stephanie Mines is a model of vitality and creativity, visionary activism and authentic productivity. Her life force radiates as she generously imparts the wellsprings of her unstoppable drive. Her vitality and perseverance is rooted in simple, daily practices of the Art of Compassion, which she learned directly from Mary Iino Burmeister, her mentor, and Stephanie’s embodied understanding of neuroendocrine resilience.

In this innovative two-day program, developed at the request of TARA students, you will discover:

*The etiology of the endocrine system from an embryological perspective;

*How endocrine systems respond to prenatal environmental conditions;

*How the endocrine system is shaped by climate crisis and proliferating pollutants and most significantly,

*How to mitigate, detoxify, and develop immunity and protection from endocrine threats.

* There will be an emphasis on neurodevelopment and life cycles, and how to restore neuroresilience when it has been interrupted by trauma at any stage

Special emphasis will be placed on women’s health, including menstruation, perimenopause, pregnancy and post-partum health. Dr. Mines will incorporate her research into climate crisis impacts on endocrine and neuroendocrine function, with a focus on protection of innate health and detoxification.

Students enrolled in the MA/PHD program will receive credit towards their advanced degree for this course.

TARA students seeking an advanced program to qualify for the TARA Practicum will fulfill that requirement with this course.

TARA students qualifying for Advanced Certification can use this course for that purpose.

Those counseling and serving pregnant and post-partum women will deeply value these clinically tested and effective options for their clients.
